Colombia Tolima Del Rio
There's a good reason why you should consider Colombia in your specialty coffee experience. With this varietal, you can taste the roaster's intention, and this one really brings out the roaster's best effort. The aroma starts with a nose full of Dutch Cocoa and a surprising hint of coriander. The cup is medium bodied, creamy and smooth. The simple finish is full of black cherry. Really this is a no-nonsense coffee - no pretention here. It's a straightforward, "just give me coffee!" coffee. By the way, this one is organic!
