Mexico Oaxaca Pluma San Agustín

$ 18.00

One Real 16oz. Pound

We have not had Mexico Oaxaca in a long time and are lucky to have it now.  This coffee is for everyone who loves washed milds; we are sure you will agree when you try it.

Mexico Oaxaca Pluma San Agustín is a low-acid coffee that hits the mark with notes of sweet chocolate, caramel, green apple, and a hint of almond astringency.  The aroma is that of sweet almond pastry, pleasant and uplifting.

We love washed mild Mexican coffees; they are very subtle and highly complex. Washed coffees are among the world's best due to the meticulous care required in processing the coffee cherries, and this is no exception.

Aroma: Sweet Almond Pastry
Cup: Sweet Chocolate, Caramel
Finish: Baker's Chocolate, Nutty, Nutmeg

Memories

Wonderful coffee........brings back memories of Oaxaca State and the cultural marvels it offers visitors from around the globe. Mental pictures of the food, clothing and of course the food come to mind. Takes memories of the colors of Oaxaca and blends them into an early morning coffee on the patio.

Happy

I really enjoyed the Mexican roast, I use it in my cold brew daily. It was very smooth and flavorful. Not as powerful as a South American bean from my experience but just a notch down in flavor. I would buy again!.

Lacked flavor and character. I was gonna call, but they’ve been so many good bags.
