The South (West) Pacific coffees are our favorite, in general. And of those, Timor has been specifically our most favorite. Smooth, rich and not the least bit of any kind of "funk". Ordered one bag of unroasted beans to experiment, and while our technique needs some refining, it came out quite good given the bean quality.
We almost exclusively buy our coffee beans from Old Bisbee Roasters for our espresso machine, because they are simply the best. Every coffee we got from here is of high quality, so we had to become more picky.

This is what I do when I travel. I bring a couple of pounds of Seth's coffee. No restaurant coffee or hotel coffee. I have a small Grinder and a small water heater. Why. Seth's coffee is soo Good.
