Wowzers.............GREAT beans. I love roasting my own stuff, letting it cure a little and then run it through the old burr grinder. The Uganda is in a class all its own, and the Brazilian is as smooth as the Uganda, but the flavor of the Uganda is top shelf. I always take what I roast to work, now all the coffee folks just want Old Bisbee......can't say I blame them. Good looking out Seth on selection.
