Roaster's Choice Coffee Club

I started ordering from Old Bisbee after spending a week at a friends house who's been a customer for years, as he lived in New Mexico. I started with the sample pack and did a tasting, like a flight of fine wines. I realized my coffee taste pallet is not that discriminating, but Brisbee certainly beat out Atlas Coffee! All 4 Brisbee roasts tasted amazing to me, compared to any other coffee beans I've bought in the past. You know why? They roast in small batches when you place your order, so they're roasted to perfection. There's a very small window between under and over roasting of coffee beans. So, I started ordering the two pound roasters choice every 6 weeks, until I discovered I was having heart palpitations in the afternoon after my 4th cup of coffee! So, I called Seth. He answers the phone himself and loves to chat! He suggested I switch to one pound of decaff and one pound of regular. So, that's my new standard brew!

I always feel like I won the lottery when my coffee club selections come. Best beans out there!

We look forward for the arrival of the old Bisbee roasters coffee. It’s so delicious and exciting to try different coffee beans. We’ve been getting coffee from Seth for over 10 years. He’s a pleasure to work with and talk on the phone. Many friends that have tried our coffee always ask what kind of coffee is this and they join the club. It’s a great gift for someone also! It’s difficult, when you run out to find another coffee that even comes close to the taste of old Bisbee roaster beans, 🫘

I've been with Seth and his crew for many years. During the pandemic, we even chatted while he self-isolated and perfected his expresso pull (ha ha). The coffee is consistently the cleanest, most delicious brew. Always the BEST!
