Grind
This is a BIG bag of coffee. For optimum flavor, grind as you go. However, we are happy to grind it for you.
Storage
This coffee arrives packaged in a zippered bag with a valve. For convenience, you may want to transfer some of the beans to a smaller airtight container near the coffee grinder. Resist the urge to put your beans in the fridge or freezer. Coffee is like freshly popped popcorn: it goes stale quickly when exposed to moisture and oxygen.
