The aroma has just a hint of fresh-cut sugarcane. There is malted chocolate and raw Mexican sugar in the cup. The smooth finish has notes of sweet caramel and maple syrup. This is one to be noticed!

With more than 1,400 producer members, the Palmares Cooperative (Coopepalmares) dries and processes its coffee cherries into a well-balanced regional blend known as Monte Cresol.
Coopepalmares built a state-of-the-art processing facility that has received quality and environmental management certifications from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The facility utilizes recycled water and mechanical dryers (Guardiolas) to recirculate airflow, maximizing furnace efficiency.
The facility also has an organic fertilizer production plant and a water treatment plant. In addition to exporting coffee, Coopepalmares operates two supermarkets and a hardware store in Palmares, selling roasted coffee for national consumption.
Cooperative members can access low-interest loans and healthcare for their families at the cooperative-run health center and mobile clinic.
