Costa Rica Monte Crisol

$ 18.00

This Costa Rica is a delightful surprise because it is fuller than most Costa Rican coffees.  It is thick and creamy, a departure from this region.  The aroma is a hint of fresh-cut sugarcane.  There is a hint of malted chocolate and raw Mexican sugar in the cup.  The smooth finish has notes of sweet caramel and maple syrup.  This is one to be noticed!

Chocolate Candy

Brewing Method: Pour Over
Recipe: 35-45 grams

This brew delights with a harmonious blend of chocolatey notes, a hint of sweetness, and a smooth texture that culminates in a subtly bitter finish. Its dominant flavors are chocolate and sugarcane, complemented by a fantastic aroma that reminds me of sweet earthiness. This coffee truly brightens my morning. While a subtle bitterness lingers at the back of the palate, it is pleasantly balanced and not overpowering. Additionally, this blend and bean shine in espresso form. For a quick fix on the go, try it with an Aeropress (18 grams).

Thank you OBR for another homerun of a roast!
