Papua New Guinea Organic Siane Chimbu is sourced from farms organized around the Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative (SOAC) located in the Chuave district within the province of Chimbu, Papua New Guinea. SOAC accesses the international coffee markets for farmers, creating greater earning capacity from direct trade relationships. SOAC also assists farmers with financing, coffee quality improvement, organic certification, and community-based projects that promote gender equality and education.  I'm especially proud to have this special offering.

This is the perfect coffee for a cool morning (or any time of day).

The nose is very creamy initially with an undertone of ginger spice and sweet hazelnut highlights.

This is a full-bodied coffee, with a mouth punch of molasses candy; it's creamy and substantial.

The finish is lingering with powerful earthy tones and walnut and bakers chocolate highlights. All the most massive flavors stick with you for a good long minute. Papua New Guinea Organic Siane Chimbu is a shockingly strong, powerfully flavorful coffee!

Aroma: Creamy, Slight Ginger Spice, Sweet Hazelnut Highlights
Cup: Full Bodied, Creamy, Substantial, Molasses Candy
Finish: Lingering, Earthy, Walnut, Baker's Chocolate
