Most consider Ethiopia the birthplace of coffee and this delicious coffee represents that heritage well. Complex, slight floral overtones. It’s rich but smooth at the same time. A rare coffee I enjoy without cream. And doing business with Old Bisbee Roasters is always a joy.
Firstly I LOVE the decaf coffee from Old Bisbee. With any of their decaf flavors you never have that funky decaf taste. But I have to say this Ethiopia Royal Select has got to be my all time favorite. If you like coffee but have to drink decaf, then this is the one for you!!!!!

We have become addicted to you and are taking hostages as we go! Family members are becoming codependent. We use an aero press system and only your beans are allowed in it. Definitely at the top of our list is Peru (makes me sigh and smile with the first sip.) And we are finding that our tastes focus mainly on the continent of South America. Sublime roasts!
